After 28 years of real estate and mortgages I find myself still working hard and don't see being financially independent if I stopped today.  As much as I enjoy the real estate industry and still make good money to take care of my family thru this avenue, I realized the income is transaction based.  As the broker (which means broker than all your agents !!!) one of my agents or loan officers still has to have a transaction for any money to be made.  And, if there are not enough transactions made in one month I can actually lose money !!!!  There is a lot of overhead and liability.  One law suit can take away a substantial amount of money, even if you win (if you want to call it that) in court.  I also am geographically restricted and wanted a busines I can work while I travel even to other countries.  I have now discoverd residual income without the liability and very low overhead.  For just $99 start up and $25 a month overhead, I plan to replace my real estate income within 2 years (probably sooner).  I put my kids thru a 4 year college to get their degree and find that after working this for 4 years I can make more money in one month then what a college graduate will make in a year.  (They still have to finish school though !!!)  I wish I had discovered multi-level marketing in my 20's instead of my 40's !!!!  Please call me and let's build residual income together. Call if you would like a strong leader to help you grow, by helping you I get to my next level.  Call now,
